Food Containers

For any imported containers which contains any food items (solid/ liquid) prior appointments are to be made with the Health Inspector for opening of the containers
Biosecurity officers are to be present on site when Health Inspector opens the container
The container seal to be intact on arrival of the Health Inspector on site
All the relevant documents of importation to be ready prior to opening of the container.
Exporting food items – prior appointments to be made before loading of the container
All relevant documents to be ready on site on arrival of the Health Inspector
