The Finance and Administration department has a broad range of responsibilities and play a vital role for the Ba Town Council.
This department is divided into three teams;
The role of the Administration team is to effectively manage the daily income-generating properties of the Council and handle enquiries and complaints made by the general public. The Administration team also interact and coordinate with relevant stakeholders when necessary. This team also has an IT Officer who is responsible for the general IT lookout and coordinates to continuously improve the IT facilities of the Council.
This department manages the councils human resources in order to deliver the expected level of services to our people. By using strategic integrating systems and performance management, our Human Resource department ought to have a considerable impact on the Councils capacity to deliver excellent service, through good governance and integrity.

This department manages and controls the revenues and expenses of the Council. The Finance department also takes care of rate collections and issuing of rate notices to rate payers. Collection of shop rental revenues and preparing of financial reports and budgets for the Ba Town Council. The purchasing of goods and materials for projects and daily operations is also one the tasks the Finance Department carry out.
