Arrangements

The Ba Town Council provides opportunity for its rate payers to make arrangements in order to assist them to pay off their rates. If you are facing difficulties in paying rates, you can contact Ba Town Council and arrange a payment schedule which is agreed to by both, the Council and the rate payer.

Please note that this arrangement could deem essential to avoid the Council taking legal actions to recover the outstanding rates owed by the rate payer.

The Rate Payer needs to avail him or herself at the Councils Office and discuss with the Rates Officer about their payment options and methods. The Rate Payer can either;

agree to make consecutive payments on a timely basis and aware the Council of by when to clear the outstanding rate amount in full or;
arrange a consecutive deduction from a source to make payments directly to the Council.
