Liquor Licensing

  • Every liquor operator has to make a plan for the liquor storage and selling area
  • Lodge the plan to council and Department of Town and Country Planning for approval
  • After approval lodge the application with approved plan to the Liquor Board for their approval
  • Letter is sent to council for Health Inspectors report, Inspection is carried out and report is sent to the Liquor Board
  • Once approval is given by the Liquor Board, Health License is to be paid and start operation.
  • For existing liquor shops, inspection is carried out and report is sent to Liquor Board for renewal of Liquor License.
