Mosquito Spraying

 Mosquito Spraying is carried out whenever there is any vector related disease outbreak such as Dengue Fever. Mosquito Spraying is also carried out when required by any individual on their premises or when requested by a company for a special occasion and a specified fee is to be paid to the Council depending on the size and nature of the Compound that is to be sprayed.

Prior to Mosquito Spraying, announcements are made and also circulars and pamphlets are distributed where applicable to advise the residents in advance to cover their food items and edibles to protect from the effect of the spray.
