Govind Park

Ba is also known as the soccer crazy town of Fiji. Soccer brings different religious and ethnic groups of people together during all soccer events. On 17th July, 1976 the Govind Park named after one of the former mayors of Ba, Mr. Kishore Govind, was opened by one of the former presidents of Fiji Football Association, Mr. Manikam.V.Pillay

Ba has since then hosted many soccer and other events to Govind Park and will continue to do so after the renovation works finish at site
