In Person

The payment can be done at the Ba Town Council, Civic Building, Ground Floor to the cashier during office hours;

Direct Deposit

Rates can also be deposited directly into our bank account with the below details;

Please note to quote the Assessment Number while making payments directly to Bank.

M Paisa

Please use the below steps to make payments through M Paisa;

1. Login on to your M Paisa mobile app

2. Scroll down to Business Payments and click on City Council

3. Select the Town or City Council

 4. Select Town Rates 

5. Enter the following details and click on next.

6. Enter your PIN and click on confirm payment.

Please Note: Please take a screenshot of the Receipt that generates after the transaction has processed or note down the Receipt number for reference purpose. 

Post By Mail

Payments can also be made using a cheque, which could be addressed to:

Please Note: Please note down your assessment number to aware the council of your identity. Upon the receipt of the cheque, the account of the rate payer will be updated and receipt of payments would be mailed to the sender. IT IS RECOMMENDED NOT TO SEND CASH BY MAIL.

Internet Banking

Ba Town Council is online and paying rates is easier than ever. If you would like to pay your rates using Online Banking, you can pay through your banks online app on the following account details;

Please Note: Please specify the assessment number on the narrative section to ensure that our rate officers are able to update your account correctly.

Source Deduction

Rate payments could also be made through source deductions. This option allows a rate payer to make arrangements with their source (Employer, Bank etc.) to make direct payments to the Ba Town Council on a consistent basis

The rate payer can download and complete the Source Deduction Form and submit it to the Rates Officer at the Ba Town Council Office or scan and email the document to info@batowncouncil.com.fj
