Town Council Meetings

 
The Council Sub Committee meetings are held every month in which Councils Head of Departments present their monthly reports to the chief Executive Officer and the Special Administrators. Council Board meetings are also held at the end of every month where project are approved and endorsements are made by the Special Administrators and the Chief Executive Officer.

 

Council Stakeholder Meetings

 
Stakeholder meetings are held on a quarterly basis in which general public, and all other stakeholders are welcomed for their contributions towards the discussion for the betterment of our Ba Town.  These sessions provide an atmosphere for general discussion and are an ideal opportunity for to raise issues of concerns or to put across your view on particular issues. Many good suggestions and feedback have come to the Council from this forum.

Please note that if you are attending the Stakeholder forum, you are required to fill in a attendance sheet as a sign in process. The date, time and venue of the Stakeholder forums are released on our Social Media Platforms and will also be updated on this page three working days prior to the meeting.
