The Ba Town Council is initiating the construction of The New Market Open Shed which will be situated outside the Ba Market. The site was previously used being utilized by the Rural market vendors, however they are setting up marquees to sell their produce. Therefore, Ba Town Council intends to construct a New open Shed for the rural vendors to sell their produce. 

The New Open Market Shed will be connected to the Existing Open Market and it will be constructed of steel structure. Upon approval from relevant authorities, the project has commenced and is currently underway with the anticipated timeframe of completion being end of 2021.
