Market Stalls

The Ba Market offers a total of 1079 stalls to its multiracial market vendors who come over from different parts of the Ba to sell their goods and items to the public. One can find a range of fresh fruits, vegetables and root crops in the Ba Market at a reasonable price. The spread of a lively atmosphere, where energetic vendors offer with cheerful smiles and buyers bargaining for the best prices can all be witnessed in tour of the Ba Market. 

There a total of 444 permanent stalls inside the Ba Market of which 379 stalls sell either fruits, vegetable, raw grog or groceries to the public and the other 65 stalls are for vendors selling fresh kai and crabs. A total of 635 stalls have been provided outside the market for the different types of item selling vendors. Inclusive in these are, 348 outside permanent stalls which are under the open market shed, 51 slab stalls, 123 stalls on the outside corridor of the market, 99 grog and 14 juice stalls. 

Between 80 to 100 rural vendors make their way from the interior lands of Ba to the Ba Market to sell their produce to the market vendors. The Ba Market is not just a supplier of fresh food and vegetables to the people of Ba, but a means to livelihood to thousands of people who are able to earn from this market.
